We just switched my phone, internet and tv service to AT&T about 2 months ago because it was a better deal than Comcast, which seems to just keeps getting more expensive each month near Park Ridge. My phone service was Verizon, which I switch because AT&T was a better deal. So far, my AT&T phone service has dropped/disconnected some of my calls. internet connection isn’t that great. And we signed up for OnDemand premier and can’t seem to connect/use it. We’ve had technicians try to solve the problem, called for help on the phone . NO ONE CAN FIX ANY OF OUR PROBLEMS! WE ARE SO DONE WITH AT&T’s BS! Can anybody please tell us what/who they’re using and are you loving their service and PRICE! Thanks!

I don't bundle. I dumped ATT for home phone and internet. Hurt to give up my home phone number that I had since 1976 but never used it. Went to WOW for internet. Good service, good speed. I have ATT for my cell, but I always have. Comcast is still for cable. With cable and internet being separate if I lose one, I still have the other. I do like WOW internet. Good luck. It's hard to navigate all this stuff.

Comcast uses vzw towers and is less then Verizon. Vzw is by far the best but also probably the most $

We use WOW. Comcast's ondemand sucked. however, with WOW we need to reboot our WOW device sometimes at the worst times

We have tmobile for cell but we are grandfathered into a great deal. We have comcast but it goes out alot for streaming but that's the only option we have at the moment if we could we would change comcast we dont think they're worth the money

We have had WOW for about ten years for internet, TV and phone. I would put it his way: they suck less than ATT&T or Comast.

We've been with Comcast for many years. Very consistent. There have been a few connection problems but they fix them quickly. Our bill hasn't changed for at least a year. It does go up a little every year but it's a small increase. I keep wondering about switching to WOW but there's really no cost savings. We use Vonage for phone through Comcast internet but will ditch that pretty soon and just use mobile phones. We have a very basic cable package and do most of our TV watching except for the basic networks/local channels on Apple TV. Cost of our "Blast Plus" on Comcast is $134 including Showtime, HBO, and all taxes and fees. Keep an eye on your bill and call them to ask for a lower rate if you see it going up. Sometimes that works. Based on my previous phone experience with AT&T I will never trust them again ever.

I love AT&T, never have a problem or an outage. A little pricey but worth it to me

Welcome to reality, there’s never a deal. That is what they do, you waited too long to drop them.

$35/mo for WoW internet (32 megabit speed, fine for streaming), antenna for locals, streaming for everything else. Only miss auto/motorsports channels, but I get those through other ways.
