I should not have been surprised that putting a Marty Moylan sign on our lawn gave some low life the green light to steal it in Park Ridge! Then again the competitive party has demonstrated the only way to win is to steal or manipulate. Very sad! VOTE for MARTY MOYLAN👍🇺🇸👍🇺🇸

The Park Ridge Park District is looking at putting in pickleball courts in Woodland Park. This is a good and much needed project. Not only is pickleball played by 2. 8 million of all ages in the US along, our local grade schools and high schools have pickleball in the cirriculum. They want...

Here's a small and simple goal (or two) for the April aldermanic (love that word) elections: -- let's not have any sign-stealing this time -- or any accusations thereof in Park Ridge. Let's set the middle-schoolers a good example of civil behavior, democracy, etc. etc. -- let's attend at least one of the coffees our neighbors host for candidates. It's just as much work for 3 as for...

Thanks for all the feedback on the topic of short term rentals in PR close to Park Ridge. Last night the Council unanimously voted NO on this practice. The city can continue to turn it's back on the shared economy era, but they will have to give in sooner rather than later. Short term rent...

I'd like to hear your opinions on short term room rentals in single family homes in Park Ridge. For 4 years we rented out a room in our house without a single complaint. This Monday City Council will vote whether to allow this practice to continue or not. We would appreciate your feedback.

As a member of the Maloney election team, I was really proud of the way Marty ran his campaign close to Park Ridge. It was all about truth, honesty, and transparency. The other side tried scare tactics, issuing false claims about taxes, and importing workers from outside Park Ridge not to mention getting large fina...

When you vote tomorrow you can drop off lawn signs for recycling at your polling place - or bring them later in the week until Friday in Park Ridge. Candidates can pick up signs through Friday at polling places if they want to reuse in another election.

Seeing many signs for various candidates where they should not be in Park Ridge. It is beginning to look like a " game of signs". It is not how many signs a candidate can afford to put in place but how many votes one gets. LOL

**UPDATE** Yard signs recycling is in full gear in Park Ridge! The collection is piling up at Public Works! Today is the last day to drop off. We learned a few things about cardboard boxes and lots of rain. they don't hold up well. If you have any signs left, dr...

A couple of weeks ago I got a letter from the "Maine Township Vote by Mail Center", the return address was 310 Busse Hwy, PMB #317 by Park Ridge. That address is a PO box in the UPS Store on Busse Highway just east of Greenwood. It was addressed to a person who does not, nor ever have lived at my address. It had a partially filled out (the othe...

There are approximately 14, 000 to 15, 000 registered voters in Park Ridge. In a typical local election (not national, or state wide) about 20% vote. That would be around 3, 000. Of those 3, 000 approximately 80% (2, 400) are over the age of 50. These are very general numbers...

A stormwater utility (SWU) is considered to be a fair and equitable way to fund stormwater projects and would support the City’s drainage system and flood issues in Park Ridge. This item was approved by the Finance and & Budget committee on 9/26/16 by a vote of 4-3. My opponent voted against it. The item was then brought to the City Council on 10/3/16 and was approved with a...

The mayor does have the authority to appoint members to the zoning and planning commissions in Park Ridge. It is way more than just recusing himself when it comes time to vote on new developments.
