Anyone have a recommendation for somebody that can repair my tile basement ceiling that has caved in from the heavy excavation work that took place in the street outside my home in Park Ridge. Not looking to spend a lot to replace entire ceiling because I want to sell and move. Need ceiling repaired , walls painted and duct work scraped and painted. Thank you.
