Sometimes, she starts her first letter flipped and the whole sequence is backwards, sometimes it is just a letter here and there. Her accuracy is spot on, it is just the visual flipping that has start...

So impressed with the Park Ridge City Hall employee who called me this morning to double check the meter reading I did on my water bill. She explained that she suspected that I inverted a number and would have received an $1800 water bill. The revenue department could have just sent out the bill anyway, freaked me out and dealt with it...

I can tell you, from my informal pole, that the reason circulation has gone down is that people have too many fines and the addition of the $35 fee to cover the collection agency has turned people off from taking materials out in Park Ridge. I know people who have late fines of over $100 for materials that cost no more than $10 at Target. After we got hit with a $77 fine (which includes the fee to cover the collection agency) for forgett...

I just found this great tutoring center in Skokie that my daughter loves within Park Ridge! It's called Grade Power and they help kids who are struggling with school subjects! She wasn't doing well in reading and math and they really made a different! Just wanted to put it out there.
