After storm all window wells filled up and leaked into basement around Park Ridge. Can anyone recommend company for window well covers.

So our window wells filled up last night and scattered one of the windows, which lead to the flooded street and front yard, pouring into our basement😭 My husband and I were up all night cleaning and spent the morning throwing out our entire basement around Park Ridge. Now that we are drying out, I’m trying to find someone that can install glass block windows so this doesn’t happen again. Any leads would be very much appreciated. Thanks🙂
