The garbage can at the Busse coinbox has been like this for three weeks in Park Ridge. Perhaps the city employee who collects the coinbox can contact the sanitation dept to have it cleaned up? It's starting to really smell.

My thoughts on Lucas for Mayor: Does he have a proposed plan on how to attract additional retail in Park Ridge? If by chance he were to be elected mayor, how would he manage to attract other retail business? How much of an actual impact would that make on Park Ridge's budget? What would be the forecasted reduct...

Here's a link to what I think is a well-written commentary about the D64 candidates with potential conflicts of interest nearby Park Ridge. It would be lovely if the city finally addressed the pooling water and snow on the corner if Talcott and Western in Park Ridge. The cars are chopping up a "patch" done last summer and this spring there was a severe car accident into a tree because they claimed the car "hydroplaned" on all the water. This is really getting old ...

I am so grateful that my kids are blessed with THINGS beyond measure, but when I think of so many who have recently lost so much (pick one, the most recent flooding down south) I feel like I want to do something in Park Ridge. I currently have a huge laundry basket full of stuffed animals and puzzles and coloring books that are in good shape. Usually no one wants to take stuffed toys, but I hate that they are in perfect and...
