Honestly not much. You really only have to fill the pool once. You look at a pool you want and see how many gallons it holds and you can calculate.

Also, make sure you check with the city’s guidelines. We bought one for this summer, but our fence isn’t tall enough. Now, we need to return it. 😔

Check for all the codes in Park Ridge. To check water cost -Check gallons needed to fill the pool. Check with your Water Dept or figure # gallons x price of each gallon. Once we fill our pool we seldom have to add water. In fall, we just bring it down a few feet so in summer it is not a complete fill. In Norridge, you can actually call the water department and they can tell you the amount you used to fill your pool and calculate the cost. They have the capability to see hourly or daily consumption.

Check any wires going over your yard. that was our issue. We ended up getting a temporary one instead.

Lots of rules. Check the Park Ridge site first. 1. 5’ fence. 2. Out swinging auto closing gate and lock. 3. No wires overhead within 10’ 4. No wires underground within 5’ 5. Several feet from each property line. 6. Drainage plan I am probably missing some but those are the ones I remember off the top.
