I know it sounds weird but call Chicago bird collision monitors. They might either be able to help or have a suggestion of who can help

We had that issue twice years ago and Park Ridge lent us a trap both times. Check with the city to see if they still lend traps. We bated the trap with peanut butter and initially put the trap in our attic. After catching that squirrel, we let it loose outside of our property. Big mistake! It returned a year later and we had to do the process all over again. But, this time we let the squirrel go 5 miles away. We also added a stronger steel grate to our attic fan which was the entrance.
