Ok the big question. Lurvey’s - Pesche’s - Meinkes for flowers? Been buying from Lurveys but am I missing out at another place? 🤗🌺🌸🌼🌻🌷

They are all good. I have received a lot of personal help at Chalet though with selection and design so I tend to favor them.

I've always liked Lurvey's for shrubs and Pesche's for flowers (especially annuals).

Lurveys flats are $23. 99 if you mix your flowers (odd right). If you get a full flat same flowers it’s $19. 99. Pesches is $18. 99 for whatever you want. Same amount of flowers. I feel Lurveys does have a much better and larger selection of shrubs, bushes trees etc.

Pesche's. My husband went to Lurvey's last week, and said they had great bushes and large items, but not a lot of things to plant in large pots. But, I am sure this year may be different from past years.

Some things from Pesche’s and some from Meinke’s generally for me. But I’ll also do Lurvey’s, Urhausen, as well as Home Depot and Menards.

It all depends on what you want. Pesche's Lurveys, or Urhausen in Morton Grove. I believe Urhausen grows their flowers on sight and have special flowers Pesche's and Lurveys might not have. Gethsemane is great too. Fun to visit them all!

Lurveys for shrubs and trees, high end planters, decor Pesches for annuals, perennials. Menards, Ace, or Home Depot for grass seed, fertilizers, tools.

I went to Meinkes since it’s outdoors only. The girls at the register designed and choose all the flowers for my three pots. They came out beautiful

Love Lurveys but sometimes pricey. I mix in some Home Depot sales plants as well. Last year Fresh Farms had great mixed flower baskets at good prices. Used them for many pots. They were great

Why limit yourself? Check them all out. I’m partial to Lurvey , but each might have something unique for you to add to your beds/containers.

Anyone find great prices for arbor vitae? I. e., less than Home Depot’s $49?
