You need a triple antibiotic cocktail to get rid of it and it doesn’t always work the First time. My sister had to do it twice. Still has stomach issues. It’s not an easy recovery.
Fullness after meals even the smallest meal makes you feel full, bloat. Sometimes no symptoms at all can be found on random endoscopy. Will need antibiotic treatment for it
I remember have share pains lower stomach. Had endoscopy and was given antibiotics and Pepto-Bismo take . Have to have another endoscopy ever two years now.
My husband did. Constant heartburn, stomach pain and after putting up with it quite some time he had black bloody stool which led him to ER and on antibiotics

My sister did, she was on multiple rounds of medication to get rid of it. She always had stomach cramps, bloating and pain.
My husband had it - no symptoms; found in a routine colonoscopy. He was on three different antibiotics as I recall, and that took care of it.
Definitely requires antibiotics to eradicate

It was the mom’s ulcers. They went away when she took antibiotics for a different infection, after decades of pain.
