Update . Owner found 😍 Hi within Park Ridge. Found the dog on Lahon ave 10 min ago . Its full of energy , friendly and playful, smells nice 🤗 No collar or tag , just black harnesses. I will keep him for a few hours before I take him to a police station.

Can you call the police station before taking him in. sometimes the owner will call in their lost dog.

I don't know Park Ridge Police policy if they will relinquish to a pound and I'd hate for this little guy to end up in the pound. I'd be willing to hold him and search for owners if you can't. I live in Park Ridge.
