FREE COMMUNITY LIVESTREAM Hello everyone close to Park Ridge! MBD Martial Arts and Team MAX Tricking are streaming a FREE martial arts class this Sunday, May 3rd at noon. It is open to all ages and will cover the basics of performance martial arts, including kicking, gymnastics, and weapon training.
