Just reading your post I had to laugh. I never thought going shopping could be so mentally draining! This is probably why I’ve purposely not been going to Costco. I ordered online. Good luck.

Healthcare workers/first responders can go to the front of the line at anytime.

Get in line 30 minutes before they open. They stagger the amount they let in at one time. I am a senior and they day I went got in line 30 minutes before they opened and they actually opened early. The day I was there they had plenty of the Kirkland tp and pt no Scott’s. Did not see wipes

I went Friday for first time since before the outbreak. around 11:00. very short line. shelves were stocked with everything except Lysol or wipes. Very organized. the employees are doing a great job making you feel safe. Very impressed. you won’t get in without a mask 😷

While I realize it’s not Park Ridge. I went to the Glenview Costco at 8:30am on Saturday. 30 mins after they opened. No line. Never came within 6ft of another person. Was in and out in 20 mins. Then I headed to the Costco on Touhy and by 9:30 there was a line out the door. May just depend on location?

The Mt Prospect store had a sigh at the begining of the line with the items they were out of.

The only TP Costco has had lately is their brand, Kirkland. I did find Scott’s 1 ply septic safe at the Walmart at Golf and Milwaukee.

The Niles Costco had large packages of Northern jumbo rolls last week when I was there - it was a quick line and in and out - you keep your distance from people - they are great.

I was at the one in Melrose Park an hour ago and no line. Plenty of toilet paper and paper towels.

I was there this afternoon, zero line. Didn't check for TP or Lysol, etc. No clue. 😁

We only go to Costco. Only place that has a strict protocol. Every employee has mask, gloves, they disinfect carts, have signage to maintain six feet, and the loud speaker kept repeating this to remind guests. If you go in the afternoon there’s no line, zero lines at cashiers. Only item we didn’t get on our last run this past Friday was bacon. They had toilet paper, etc. everything else we needed.
