Please help with advice nearby Park Ridge? We just picked up our Pick Up order from Mariano’s and we weren’t given the sale price on anything - we were overcharged $33. We have done this several times and it’s always been fine. This is the first time we’ve had an issue. The sale prices are on the website & the print out they gave us - just not the receipt. Probably an issue with their scanner. I called and they put me on hold for 20 min and then a manager said he couldn’t do anything & someone would call me back. That money goes a long way for us, as we aren’t working because of Coronavirus. What now?

Someone might know who to call at the corporate office, or an email for someone that can help. It often just takes getting to the right person.

I had that happen. They offered me a gift card or credit me on my next order. See if someone calls you tonight, if not call in the morning.

Marianos ended up charging my card twice last week I said something right away and the girl said I will Fix it as soon as I get inside we’ll 4 days later that wasn’t fixed I had to put in an online dispute with the bank and they put the money back in my Account until they get this fixed I only use a credit card now because it’s easier to dispute Some services do not use your marianos customer number If your going though marianos pick up make sure you check your ap and your customer number is in there they also let you bring coupons ! If in doubt ask for a manager at the time of pick up it takes forever for them to fix anything

Did you order in between ads? If you order during one ad and pick up during another then you won’t get the sale prices at the time you ordered. Prices may have changed between order and pickup. Normally this isn’t an issue because you don’t have to order a week in advance. I had this happen and two items alone were $6 more.

I think they just shop and ring up day of pick up and the price that day is what you get regardless of what it was when you ordered. It says something about it on website.

Dena, did you use Instacart? If so, call 888-246-7822. That's Instacart. If you DID use them, it's a third party. Mariano's can't do anything about it. It has nothing to DO with them. Good luck ! ❤️❤️❤️🤗

They called back and told me to go in and dispute it with the service desk. Which defeats the purpose of pick up & isolating. I guess I have to just mask up and go in. Which might not result in getting any money back. Thank you for the advice and listening. Things are so overwhelming lately that glitches like this end up being huge.

This happened to me (before this) and it was because my loyalty card wasn’t entered. They had to re-ring the entire order

They probably didn’t use the Marianos card so it didn’t discount everytning that was on sale

I've had to adjust a lot of the ways that I get food these days. And I'm cheap cheap cheap, so it's hurting. However, may I suggest that if you're looking to stretch your dollar, I think aldi has better food at a much better value than any local stores. That being said, I don't know if they're doing pick up. I normally would not suggest this, as I think they are PURE EVIL, but desperate times. The Walmart pickup comes out of a "warehouse" rather than a store and the person that shops it brings it right to your car. There are no customers shopping in there, because it's not a "store. " That being said, Walmart is the devil but if you need cheaper food.

I would call back and ask for a manager in customer service. they over charged us 50 $ for Apple fritters and apologized and left us a gift card at customer service for next visit, which the mariano shopper applied when we picked up our groceries the next time (we told him/her there was a gift card waiting)

I would call corporate and if they don’t correct issue dispute with your credit card company. I don’t blame me for being upset.

Save your receipt, screenshots, . and email corporate with attachments. Write a nice letter, show them the math. I'm sure they will help.
