We have this one. I like that is considered a mesh extender so the wifi name & password don’t change. It also has an Ethernet port which we needed for the base station of our camera system. The signal is pretty good - we have a long backyard and it’s in the kitchen near the back of our house and reaches all the way to the garage. NETGEAR WiFi Mesh Range Extender EX7300 - Coverage up to 2000 sq. ft. and 35 devices with AC2200 Dual Band Wireless Signal Booster & Repeater (up to 2200Mbps speed), plus Mesh Smart Roaming . https://www.amazon.com/.../ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i

Buy a Linksys Velop trip band router system. It's a bit pricey but creates an actual mesh network in your house like having a router on every floor. It's great.

If you have Xfinity, the pods work very well.

Dont do an extender and look up a mesh network. Extenders are old and a pain in the butt. Mesh is the future and works like a charm.
