Curious the going price of braces within Park Ridge? We do not have dental insurance and just got a price for 4000$ for my son š¤¦āāļø. Does that seem like to much or is that about the right price ? I have only been to one place which is destiny dental in Niles

Sounds about right
I am in the process myself and that's the going rate.
Yep thatās right. $4k-$6k depending on the treatment needs
Yep we went to Westfallen for my son and paid 4000 out of pocket
Crooked teeth are cool
Would Invisalign work for him? . https://www.consumersadvocate.org/.../best-invisible
That's actually pretty good!
Yep totally avaerage; anywhere from 4-6500
We paid 6k for each of my kids š®
It's right. We paid a little more than that, but both my kids have Invisalign.
Sounds like a good price. It's actually on the cheaper side to be honest
Difranco
My daughter is 12 and just had braces put on. Total cost was $5100.
Dr Paul DiFranco in Park Ridge is great!
Sounds good to me. $4000 is actually on the lower end so youāre good to go.
For my oldest we are paying about $5800 and my youngest with braces only on the top and expander I paid $3500. We are using both DiFranco for one and the other Dr Nakfoor. It is good to get a couple different options.
Thank you everyone š
Well, maybe it is just me--but there's a rate for ppl with and without insurance. and $4K sounds about right w/o insurance. Two of my friends who do not have braces covered---got quotes about for $4K a year or so ago. They told me the place takes into consideration that the do not have insurance---and how much their out of pocket will be. Get another quote or two if you are unsure. That's what I did. A few years back, I got quotes from 3 different places, they were about $5200---work was just slightly different. Our insurance covered $2K. I would have liked the $4K quote, but I don't think that exists if you have insurance--know what I am saying? But, my out of pocket is less than yours. The next year, I had my other two kids get consults at our current place---and lo and behold---the quote was about the same as my first kid. One kid needed minor work. The other was a mess and in phases (which still added up to the same). We got a sibling discount. We got to Nakfoor. Great office.
6k no ins.
I paid about $2500 for stage 1 with insurance at Dr Westfallen (top braces, headgear and retainer). My 12 year old was around $5000 for top and bottom with insurance (retainer too). Sheās wonderful!
Second Dr. Robbins. 3 kids with braces there right now--yikes!
Dr Westfalen is the best!

I paid 6000
I paid 5000. That was 13 yrs. ago.

Check with Dr. Peterson, Peterson Orthodontics on Devon in Park Ridge.

$4000 DiFranco. I know it varies a little depending on how much hardware the have to put in.
