Does anyone know if the Apple Store inside of ABT in Glenview is an official Apple Store in Park Ridge? I'm thinking parking would be easier there than in Skokie.

I think it is too.
They are abt employees, not Apple employees, but they are trained & certified by Apple.
They can’t do certain things with all devices. For instance my sons iPhone 7 had the glitch. Which made it stop getting service. They could not fit that problem at the Apple Store inside of ABT
As bad as the parking outside is in Skokie, the store inside is thronged anytime I’ve been there😢

I have been taking their free classes every week in Skokie. I sign up online. I also signed up online to get a battery for the 6s before the prices go up end of next month $29. 00. It takes an hour to change the battery because it's not as simple as you think. The seal has to be broken on the phone. They fixed it while I was in class. All the employees at the Skokie location are wonderful. Bought a new Ipad there before I saw they are going to be $70. 00 off at Costco this month. It looks busy but they are organized when you have an appointment.
