What can I use to remove a tar like substance from my car without damaging the paint within Park Ridge?
Somebody threw something on it. just went through a car wash and it came up a bit if I rubbed hard with my finger.

They make a bug and tar remover that you can find at an auto store. A little bit on a dry rag should get it off.
