My Dad always told me the driver on the right, but he could have been making that up as you know!

I think the guy on the right has the right-of-way. Not sure if that's a written or unwtitten law.

The village should give way to putting up a stop sign. Sorry but I lived at an intersection like that in Park Ridge one block from an elementary school. I can't tell the number of times I saw near misses with cars, people on bicycles, kids on scooters and once a mom jogging with a baby stroller. But like everyone else says, the person on the right.

Either way both should slow the eff down and not drive like a-holes (as they do through the intersection by my house)

Drivers ed says person on the right if cars stop together. Not always the case so do not presume the other car knows the law

Person to the right goes first. Unless it changed since I took my driving test 20+ years ago

Driver on the left must yield to the vehicle on the right. However, this is distinctly different than stating the vehicle on the right has the right-of-way. The driver of EACH vehicle has an obligation to avoid a collision.

Whoever isn't on their cell phone gets the right of way. ;)

I just assume that the other car thinks they are entitled to drive through the intersection regardless of my, or anyone else's presence. Plus, my car is too pretty to play chicken.

Rules are rules, If two cars enter an intersection at the same time, the car on the RIGHT gets to go first, . with caution. If they are on your left. wait it out.

The person on the right but don't hold your breath thinking everyone knows it or abides by it.
