I need some help! April fools is coming up soon and I need ideas to prank my 9, 6 and 2 year old in Park Ridge. Couple years ago I froze their cereal and it was BEYOND awesome. Last year my husband took a funny picture that we put on our toilet seat to make it look as if he was stuck in there. Not as classic as the frozen cereal but still good. Any killer ideas?

Paint a bar of soap with clear nail Polish, dip onions in Carmel to make them look like Carmel apples, tell them you made brownies but cut out e's on brown construction paper, block the spout of lotion/shower items with plastic wrap so it won't come out

Once upon a time, my father spent an entire day making cream puffs. He made the pastry and cooled it on the kitchen counter, he made chocolate fudge sauce from scratch. After dinner he whipped the cream into a frenzy. Throughout the day he talked about these cream puffs and how good they were going to be. We raced through dinner and begged to get those puffs! Took and big first bite and he had swapped the whipped cream for cotton. It was horrible! But hilarious, after we got our real cream puffs.

Take a small bag of chips (cheetos) open from the bottom. Replace cheetos with carrots and tape closed.

My mom ran in my room and woke me up by screaming "There's so much snow out side! Snow day no school! Go outside and play! " And my sister and I jumped up and went and ran to the window to see a beautiful sunny day. No snow ha

Ask if they want some lemonade. You have put pickle juice in their glass. They do sell the juice separate now, but you can just use the stuff from your pickles (just strain it first so you don't get the seeds). Facial expressions are priceless!

We took some spray foam (the kind used to fill gaps) and sprayed large round piles on cardboard then spray painted it brown, set it around the yard, they though a plane lost its bathroom collection, we had it all over was pretty funny

Change the clocks and make them get up for school early. You've got to act like they're late. like when you're all really running late! Everyone ends up to be happy because it was funny. It's the one time of the year the kids feel good being up before they have to for school.

This year it falls on a Saturday. One year, we pranked my oldest son. I had the other two kids in on it. I went in screaming that were late (as I just mentioned) so I had him rush to get ready for school. We drive him to school. When we got there, he got out of the car confused because nobody else was there - it was a Saturday. It took him a minute to figure it out. we were dying of laughter.
