Good afternoon Park Ridge friends! I am Jimmy, owner of iTemp Heating and Air Conditioning. The following message pertains to those of us that are without power: Please go to your home heating source( furnace and/or boiler ) and shut the power off to it until ComEd gets their repairs done and we have power into our homes again. When ComEd restores power to homes they tend to send too much voltage to our electrical panels which can cause major damage to your heating sources. This also goes for any major household appliance you have. Computers, refrigerators, washers, etc. We hope this little tip can keep your family and home safe and warm! Thank you.
