Looking for recommendations on where to go, to cut a fresh Christmas Tree next weekend nearby Park Ridge? Any places that also have fun for kids, like reindeers, sleigh ride, hot chocolate type stuff? Hoping for something within a 1-1. 5 hr drive.

We go to Richardson farm every year. It's in spring grove- maybe 45 mins. Have wagon rides out to the trees, free hot chocolate, an adorable Christmas shop and the best donuts. Also dog friendly. They had carolers last year on the weekends.

We went to Whispering Pine Trees in Wisconsin. It's a little more than an hour drive but they have trains, horse wagons, gift shop, free hot cocoa, lamas and more.
