Does anyone have experience cooking for a huge crowd nearby Park Ridge? I'm making pulled pork for 110 high school kids. I bought 40# of pork, but now I'm worried that it won't be enough. What's the rule of thumb? I want to be sure each kid has one sandwich on a regular sized hamburger bun. (There will also be sweet potato chips, salad, and dessert. ) Thanks!

Will the kids be helping themselves to a bun and the bbq pork or will the adults be making these sandwiches?
