About what time is the worst supposed to hit? You're talking rain storm right? Not snow?

No snow with this system. This would be strong thunderstorms with the possibility of gusty winds/tornado.

Timing: 4-8 pm, give or take an hour. It will all depend on how much instability will be realized.

If we get some clearing this afternoon after this initial round of showers/storms, the surface based instability will increase. However there is also a chance nothing will happen if the parameters do not fall in place.
